Kenneth Cook

For the past 35 years, Kenneth Cook has been engaged in the day-to-day operations of every aspect of the company. As a result of his steady-handed leadership and drive to find innovative ways to address industry issues, Cook Associates has grown steadily, and Mr. Cook enjoys the confidence and respect of the company’s significant client base.

Mr. Cook is also the President of the Educational Conference of Employee Benefit Plans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the education of trustees of all areas of fund benefits. The company holds seminars and an annual conference to highlight and address problems and solutions within the union community; the information generated is then made available to trustees and administrators in both public and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) funds.

Mr. Cook’s yen for leadership extends to his personal life. For the past 22 years, he has volunteered as the head coach for the New York City Empire State Lacrosse team, and advised and counseled high school boys both on and off the field. Mr. Cook is also a trustee for The Kucetekela Foundation, an organization committed to develop leaders and create hope among the financially disadvantaged youth of Zambia, with the ultimate goal of setting students on a path to success in their chosen profession.

Mr. Cook is a graduate of Tulane University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in History.
